Michelle Piemonte is the VP of Customer Success, and oversees the delivery of SFE projects and the customer experience. With a diverse background in Transformational Leadership, Michelle builds, grooms and leads top performing teams.

Additionally, she enjoys coaching and mentoring her teams and thrives on identifying improvement opportunities, implementing process and system changes, and providing strategic direction to align with business goals. When not at work, she helps run an electrical business with her husband.

She loves going out with friends and family, traveling to tropical locations, staying active at the gym, practicing yoga, playing volleyball, or lounging in the sun by the pool.
