As the Business Development manager at SFE, AJ is responsible for new client acquisition. A skilled and experienced sales professional with a successful background in consultative sales and services, AJ works with companies looking to expand their market presence and grow revenue and market share. He is in constant contact with CEOs and CROs, networks with C-level executives at Global 2000 accounts and is building out the internal SFE business development team. AJ’s strengths lie in his ability to maximize relationships and revenue opportunities by overcoming challenges, ultimately achieving his short and long-term goals.
As a member of the Sales leadership team, AJ works closely with the BDR team to promote professional development through weekly trainings, 1-on-1 coaching, and team building exercises.
With a BS from the University of Delaware, and his real-life business experiences, AJ is an invaluable resource to our staff and to the companies we represent. Having held several sales and sales leadership positions where excellent performance and employee management skills have been emphasized, AJ is an effective leader that knows how to drive new business opportunities and is passionate about mentoring ambitious sales professionals to be the best they can be. When he isn’t working hard managing prospects and his team, you can usually find him on the golf course hitting ’em long and straight or shredding the gnar on his snowboard!
