Inside Sales Representative

In response to our ever-expanding client portfolio, we are seeking energetic, creative, and results-driven individuals who have a deep desire to develop their skillset and progress their sales career. This role will be a challenging, exciting, and financially rewarding position for anyone with a positive attitude and a fearless mentality.

We are looking for talented and competitive Inside Sales Representatives that thrive in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidates will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. He/ She must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Job Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, LinkedIn, and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Team with partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects

Requirements

  • Some sales Experience required
  • Proven over achiever; Eager to learn and coachable.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships both internally and externally
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to grasp and learn complex solutions quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with: Microsoft Office and a technical aptitude for learning new technologies.
  • This position offers a balance of a remote and in-office schedule.
