Irene oversees the daily operations of member services for our clients. She diligently enhances the member experience by delivering various programs, products, and services. She provides a superb experience by ensuring their needs and challenges are met with a positive and friendly attitude. Irene is committed to helping our clients drive revenue within their existing memberships as well as adding new memberships.
In the role of Member Services at SFE, she works directly with our clients to develop and implement processes to increase productivity and efficiency for the overall operations of member services. She is responsible for planning, managing member issues, leveraging technology, and contributing to driving new and recurring revenue.
In her spare time, Irene loves golf, gardening, volunteering at local animal shelters, and spending time with her family and two dogs.
