Project Manager

Business is BOOMING and SFE is seeking additional Project Managers to join our growing team of consultants and sales professionals!

Can you translate a statement of work into an insightful, measurable, and actionable strategic plan? Can you oversee the implementation of that plan, keeping it on track and exceeding client expectations? If the answer to these questions is “yes” we very much want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our team at SFE Partners, LLC. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing key client projects, ensuring seamless execution, and driving project success through effective planning, coordination, and communication.

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to define project requirements, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, resource requirements, and timelines.
  • Coordinate project activities, assign tasks to team members, and monitor progress against milestones.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues or risks.
  • Manage project budget, track expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, motivating team members and promoting open communication.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to minimize impact on project delivery.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Evaluate project outcomes, conducting post-project reviews and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, preferably within the consulting or sales industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think strategically and drive results.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with all levels of staff, clients, and partners.
  • Demonstrated comfort making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional energy, poise and self-confidence.
  • Some travel may be required.
